Research Activities of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy

The department actively engages in research to improve professional education and integrate into the global educational space.

 

Main Areas of Activity:

 

  • International Collaboration: Participation in conferences and seminars, publications in international journals, cooperation with universities and institutions in Europe, the USA and other countries.
  • PhD and Doctoral Studies: The PhD programme was established in 2010, followed by the doctoral programme in 2014. The university has a specialised academic council in the field of Theory and Methods of Professional Education.
  • Research Projects: The department’s projects focus on modernising professional and pedagogical education and providing psychological support for individuals in the context of social challenges and European integration.

 

Achievements:

  • Publications: over 90 articles in national and international journals, and more than 180 conference abstracts.
  • Theses: 1 doctoral and 9 PhD theses in the past decade.
  • Journal: an academic journal Bulletin of Alfred Nobel University, series Pedagogy and Psychology.

 

Student Engagement:

  • Organisation of conferences and seminars, including international ones.
  • Active participation in the Modern Foreign Language and Psychology student research club.
  • Monthly training sessions, roundtable discussions and workshops with leading experts.
