Documents required for issuing an invitation to study
– a completed application form of the prescribed form; – a copy of the first page of the passport (full name, citizenship, date of birth, passport number, address of permanent residence); – a copy of the document on complete secondary education (translated into Ukrainian) and an appendix with academic disciplines and grades (points received); also information on the knowledge assessment system according to which grades were assigned; – a copy of the signed application for consent to the processing of personal data.
