Quality Management Systems

The Alfred Nobel University Quality Management System is recognized to meet the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.

From May 31 to June 2, 2017, an external recertification audit was conducted by experts of the international certification agency "PRYROST", member of the DQS-UL Group. At the final meeting on June 2, 2017, the experts unanimously noted that the quality management system which has been functioning during the last seven years at the University fully meets the requirements of the new standard ISO 9001: 2015.

It should be noted that the standard ISO 9001: 2015, unlike the previous one, is based on a process approach, elements of which are the Рlаn-Do-Сhеck-Аct and "risk-oriented" thinking".

The PDCA cycle is briefly described as follows:

Plan: establish the goals of the system and its processes, as well as identify the resources needed to obtain results in accordance with customer requirements and organization policy; identify and consider risks and opportunities.

— Do: implement what is planned.

— Check: monitor and control the processes, check the quality of the products and services provided, taking into account policy, goals, requirements, plans, etc., and report on the results.

— Act: take action, if necessary, to improve the performance.

"Risk-Oriented Thinking" aims to take into account elements of uncertainty that can make adjustments to the implementation of planned activities, and includes the development and implementation of certain precautionary measures.

According to the results of the external recertification audit, the University received a certificate of conformity of its quality management system with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 from the German certification body "DQS-UL Group", from the international certification network IQNet and from the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine which is valid up to 3 years (June 2020).
