Workshop topic: “Yoga for Global Well‑Being: Integrating Physical Health, Mental Balance, and Spiritual Harmony”

- daily at 15:00 (Kyiv time)
- online (1 hour daily)
This workshop is more than a yoga practice. It is a space for restoration, inner balance, and intercultural dialogue in the modern world.

Day 1 – Introduction to Yoga Philosophy and Basics

Day 3 – Pranayama and Breath Awareness
