The event is implemented within the framework of the University’s Manifesto, aimed at supporting physical and mental health as well as the harmonious development of the individual.

Workshop topic: “Yoga for Global Well‑Being: Integrating Physical Health, Mental Balance, and Spiritual Harmony”

 Format and dates:

  • 5 days of intensive sessions
  • 11–15 May 2026
  • daily at 15:00 (Kyiv time)
  • online (1 hour daily)

This workshop is more than a yoga practice. It is a space for restoration, inner balance, and intercultural dialogue in the modern world.

Day 1 – Introduction to Yoga Philosophy and Basics
