Biography, Career, and Academic Achievements
Born on September 27, 1978, in Dnipropetrovsk.
While still a student, he began his professional career in 1999 as a manager for sports and mass events.
In 2001, he graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk Academy of Management, Business and Law with a degree in Enterprise Economics and obtained the qualification of economist.
He continued working as a marketing manager, and in 2005 was appointed Vice-Rector for Development at the University.
Between 2011 and 2019, he obtained additional higher education in Law, Philology, and Management.
Since 2018, he has held the position of Rector of Alfred Nobel University.
In 2011, he was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences (equivalent to PhD) in the specialty 05.13.22 – Project and Program Management.
Doctor of Economic Sciences since 2017, specializing in 08.00.05 – Development of Productive Forces and Regional Economics.
The topic of his doctoral dissertation: “Infrastructure Support for Self-Development at the Meso Level: Concept and Methodology.”
He is the author of 92 publications, including 75 research and 17 educational and methodological works. Among them:
